Any use of the website HolisticNanny.com implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to make changes to this Terms of Use Agreement from time to time, at any time and without notice. Furthermore, HolisticNanny.com shall not be liable to a nanny, parent or any third party for any changes or discontinuance of the website HolisticNanny.com. Any person or user ("person" and "user" refers to and includes individuals as well as business entities of any and every kind) who does not intend to be bound by the terms and conditions established here, including any revisions, should immediately stop using and terminate their access to said website immediately. As an authorized member ("authorized member" or "member" or "user" refers to all individuals using this service to either seek employment as a nanny or as an employer looking to employ individuals as nannies. This term excludes any business entity which recruits domestic staff for third parties of any sort. These said business entities do not have permission to use this website for business purposes whatsoever. If and when, a business entity uses this website, access will be removed and no refund of membership fees with be granted. By using this website, agree not to hold HolisticNanny.com its agents, assigns, representatives, advertisers or employees liable for the quality of childcare services delivered, the integrity of interpersonal relationships or any website content (the term "website content" refers to any text, graphics, logos, icons, software, information provided by HolisticNanny.com and/or authorized members or any other material of any sort that may appear on the website.) acquired and used in connection to this website. Furthermore, HolisticNanny.com expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any damages either direct or indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive and/or controversies, including also lost profits arising from your use of the website, even if HolisticNanny.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General Terms of Acceptence

Eligibility

The services of HolisticNanny.com are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, a legal citizen of the United States of America and/or eligible to legally work within the jurisdiction of the United States of America to register as an authorized member of HolisticNanny.com or to use the website in any capacity. Membership to the website is void where prohibited. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Terms of Use Agreement; and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of said agreement. HolisticNanny.com is not responsible for the misrepresentation in regards to the age or eligibility for employment of nannies or any other person using this website.

Membership Fees

For Families: Currently, you may become an authorized member for a limited time (see membership details) of this website at no cost, unless you choose to upgrade your membership. You must become an authorized member of the website in order to use its services. As an authorized member, you will have the ability to communicate with other authorized members, obtain their contact information and have access to any member only areas that are currently developed, but only during your membership term. Upon expiration of your current membership term, you must pay an additional membership fee in order to continue using the services provided by the website and you will be notified at least 14 days in advance of you pending membership expiration. Current authorized members will not be charged a fee until their current membership period has expired. Current members will be notified of this change and authorization will be obtained before the fee can be charged to an authorized members account. However, access to the membership profile will be unavailable until membership fee is paid in full upon expiration of current membership period. By using this website you agree to pay HolisticNanny.com all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the service by using the third party payment service provided by HolisticNanny.com. HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. There are absolutely no refunds of membership fees. Please note that the membership policies and pricing that are disclosed to you during registration are deemed part of this agreement. HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to change its membership fee policy at any time without notification.

For Nannies: Currently, you may become an authorized member for a limited time (see membership details) of this website at no cost. You must become an authorized member of the website in order to use its services. As an authorized member, you will have the ability to communicate with other authorized members, obtain their contact information and have access to any member only areas that are currently developed, but only during your membership term. Upon expiration of your current membership term, you must renew your membership using are automatic renewal system if you wish to continue using the service. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of you pending membership expiration. At this time, nannies will never be charged a membership fee to use this website. However, access to the membership profile will be unavailable until membership is automatically renewed for free upon expiration of current membership period.

Please note that the membership policies and pricing that are disclosed to you during registration are deemed part of this agreement. HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to change its membership fee policy at any time without notification.

The Term of This Agreement

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are an authorized member. It becomes effective immediately upon use of this site by any person. Currently, free memberships for nannies are 30 days long and free memberships for families are 30 days long. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on your membership profile page or by sending written notification via email to holisticnanny@gmail.com. If you decide to terminate your membership it will become effective within 2 business days. HolisticNanny.com also offers the alternative for placing your account on hold and to resume using it (renewing it) for the remaining days left on the current membership period. This feature is only available for upgraded family memberships. For example, you may use your 30 day membership for 20 days and then decide to place it on "hold". At that point, you will have 30 days to begin using the account again for the remaining 70 days left in the original membership period without having to pay an additional membership fee. HolisticNanny.com may terminate your membership by sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your registration for membership. Memberships will be terminated by HolisticNanny.com for any breach in the Terms of Use Agreement without notice to and to the sole discretion of HolisticNanny.com. Furthermore, you will not be entitled to any refund of any membership fees. HolisticNanny.com is not required to disclose any reasons for terminating a member's account.

By using this website you agree not to hold HolisticNanny.com its agents, assigns, representatives, advertisers or employees liable for the quality of childcare services delivered, or the integrity of interpersonal relationships. From time to time, HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to and may monitor interactions between authorized members to assure that the Terms of Use Agreement is being followed, but does not take a responsibility for doing this on a regular basis. If you are aware of any misconduct you are bound by this agreement to contact HolisticNanny.com at holisticnanny@gmail.com. By using this website, you understand that HolisticNanny.com only does a brief review of registration content of members prior to approving their memberships. Furthermore, HolisticNanny.com does not attempt to verify the accuracy or reliability of statements posted/made by its members nor does it endorse the reliability of any third party services. If and when any disputes arise over payment arrangements, parent and nanny must deal directly with each other in order to resolve the dispute. HolisticNanny.com disclaims any sort of liability for these disputes that may arise and users do agree not to hold HolisticNanny.com its agents, assigns, representatives, advertisers or employees liable for any claims or damages either indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive and/or controversies between members, including also lost profits/payments arising from your use of the website, even if HolisticNanny.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages/claims. From time to time, HolisticNanny.com reserves the right to and may monitor interactions between members to assure that the Terms of Use Agreement is being followed, but does not take a responsibility for doing this on a regular basis.
